Silver Package
Silver is the entry-level MM2H category, with lower fixed-deposit and property-purchase requirements.

Gold Package
Gold offers a longer programme term and higher financial requirements while retaining the same dependant eligibility and permitted fixed-deposit withdrawal purposes.

Platinum Package
Platinum offers the longest MM2H term and permits business, investment and career activities in Malaysia, subject to applicable requirements.

Special Economic Zone (SEZ)
The SEZ category is tied to the purchase of a property in Forest City, Johor, with fixed-deposit requirements based on the applicant’s age.

Application Process
MM2H Application Process
We assist in the application from beginning to end until the visa is obtained. Applicants do not need to be in Malaysia during the preparation stage. The journey breaks down into five practical steps.

Service Agreement & Prepare Documents
Sign the service agreement, pay the initial deposit, receive the document checklist and samples, then email the documents so Perfect Homes can submit the application on your behalf.

Conditional Approval Letter Issuance
Once the application is approved, a conditional approval letter is issued. The remaining 80% of the service fee is then payable within 14 days from the date the letter is emailed.

Applicant to Enter Malaysia
Within 90 days from the conditional approval date, the applicant enters Malaysia to open the fixed deposit account, complete a brief medical checkup, and purchase medical insurance.

Passport Endorsement
Perfect Homes takes the endorsed-passport process forward with Immigration Malaysia and handles the formal submission for visa endorsement.
5
Congratulations, You Are Now an MM2H Visa Holder
With the passport endorsed, the applicant officially becomes an MM2H visa holder and can move into the next phase of living in Malaysia.
