Ms. Tara Lim is the Managing Director of Perfect Homes (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. She began her professional career at Coopers & Lybrand in Kuala Lumpur before taking senior finance roles at Alcatel Network Systems (M) Sdn Bhd, Penang and Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd in Penang, later drawing on that multinational experience to build Perfect Homes into a trusted, government-licensed MM2H consultancy. Under her guidance, the firm has supported countless expatriates and families in making Malaysia their second home.

Mr. Alfred Yeap is an Executive Director of Perfect Homes (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. and a lawyer and notary public by profession. With more than 30 years of legal experience spanning conveyancing, banking and loan documentation, estate administration and civil litigation, he supports the firm’s MM2H clients with legal and documentation matters related to relocation. He has been a senior member of the Malaysian Bar since 5 December 1994 and has also served on the Disciplinary Board of the Bar Council.
