About Perfect Homes MM2H

Ms. Tara Lim is the Managing Director of Perfect Homes (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. and currently serves as Vice President of the Malaysia My Second Home Consultants Association (MM2HCA). She began her professional career as an accountant at Coopers & Lybrand in Kuala Lumpur, before taking on the roles of Assistant Financial Controller at Alcatel Network Systems (M) Sdn Bhd and Head of Finance at Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd, both in Penang. Drawing on this multinational experience, she went on to build Perfect Homes into a trusted, government-licensed MM2H consultancy.

Mr. Alfred Yeap is an Executive Director of Perfect Homes (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. and a lawyer and notary public by profession. With more than 30 years of legal experience spanning conveyancing, banking and loan documentation, estate administration and civil litigation, he supports the firm’s MM2H clients with legal and documentation matters related to relocation. He has been a senior member of the Malaysian Bar since 5 December 1994 and has also served on the Disciplinary Board of the Bar Council.
